About the Role

The Faculty of Business Management is recruiting academic staff across multiple levels to deliver degree programs, develop curriculum, and engage in research across the following disciplines:

Accounting and Finance: Forensic Accounting, Financial Analytics, Sustainability, and ESG Reporting.

Human Resource Management: HR Analytics.

Marketing Management: Sustainable Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.

Supply Chain & Operations Management: Logistics & Supply Chain Systems/Management, Business Process Improvement, Simulation, Decision Modelling & Analytics.

Travel and Tourism Management: Tourism Laws & Policy, Hospitality Management, Tourism Facilities Management, Event Management, and E-Commerce in Tourism.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive lectures, design curriculum, and prepare course materials.
Foster an interactive learning environment using engaging and modern teaching methods.
Work closely with the department head to identify new learning opportunities and industry exposure for students.
Mentor and support students' learning journeys to inspire and motivate them toward academic excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

Senior Lecturer: A Bachelor’s degree with specialization in the relevant field.
Lecturer: A Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in the relevant field (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) AND a two-year Master’s Degree with a research component in the relevant field.
Lecturer (Probationary / Probationary-S): A Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in the relevant field (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) AND a postgraduate diploma / Level 10 1-year research-based Master’s degree in the relevant field.
Teaching Assistant: A Bachelor’s Degree with Honours (First Class or Second Class Upper Division) in Accounting & Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Supply Chain & Operations Management, or Tourism & Hospitality Management. Professional qualifications in the relevant field are an added advantage.

Experience

Senior Lecturer: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in university teaching, industry, or research at a recognized institution.

Lecturer / Lecturer (Probationary): Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in university teaching, industry, or research at a recognized institution.

Teaching Assistant: Prior lecturing and/or industry experience in Data Analytics or respective fields is an added advantage.
