The official launch of the inaugural issue of the Journal of Emerging Science, Engineering and Technology (JESET) took place on 23 July 2026, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of Sri Lanka Technology Campus (SLTC).
As SLTC’s first-ever academic journal, JESET provides a peer-reviewed platform for the publication of original research articles, review papers, and scholarly communications in science, engineering, and technology. Published biannually, the journal welcomes contributions from researchers, academics, and practitioners from Sri Lanka and around the world.
Volume 01, Issue 01 showcases a diverse collection of original research articles, mini review articles, and an editorial, highlighting the depth and quality of research within our academic community and beyond.
This landmark achievement was made possible under the leadership of Prof. Lasith Yasakethu and the dedicated editorial team, whose vision and commitment have established a new platform for advancing research and scholarly excellence at SLTC.
Here’s to the beginning of a lasting legacy of innovation, discovery, and academic excellence.
