Application Review
Our hiring team reviews your application and CV within 5–7 business days. We assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role.
Initial Interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited for an initial interview - either in person at our campus or via video call - to discuss your background and the role in detail.
Technical Evaluation
Depending on the position, you may be asked to deliver a teaching demonstration, present your research portfolio, or complete a technical assessment.
Final Decision & Onboarding
Successful candidates receive an official offer letter. Our team guides you through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
