The 17th edition of graVITas ’26, the annual premier techno-management festival of Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), is scheduled to take place from 18–20 September 2026 at the VIT campus in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Held under the theme “Driven by Innovation | Anchored in Sustainability” and the tagline “Unleash Your Genius,” the three-day international festival is expected to bring together more than 40,000 national and international students, creating a vibrant platform for innovation, competition, collaboration and learning.
graVITas 2026 will feature a diverse range of competitions, hackathons, workshops, exhibitions, cultural events and expert sessions, bringing together students, innovators and experts to engage in knowledge sharing, creative problem-solving and real-world technical and interdisciplinary challenges. The festival will provide an international platform for participants to showcase their talents, explore emerging ideas and connect with peers from across the region.

As part of SLTC’s engagement with VIT, SLTC students will have an opportunity to be selected to participate in graVITas 2026. The Office of International Affairs and Grants (OIAG) invites interested students to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be considered for participation.
