Ms. Malshadi Serasinghe

Ms. Malshadi Serasinghe is an academic in the Department of Accounting and Finance, Faculty of Business Management, Sri Lanka Technology Campus. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Business Management, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Management, from Uva Wellassa University, with a GPA of 3.88, Batch Top with Faculty and University Best Results. She has an MSc. in Business Management at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Her academic experience encompasses business management-related disciplines. Prior to joining academia, she gained professional exposure through KPMG and the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL). Then, she has also served as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, attached to the Department of Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce. Her research interests encompass sustainability, waste management, digital transformation, technology, entrepreneurship, and contemporary business issues, with research contributions presented and published at international conferences.
