Lecturer – Data Science
SLTC Research University invites applications for the position of Lecturer in Data Science to support teaching, research, and academic development within the Department of Data Science.
About the Role
The successful candidate will contribute to undergraduate teaching, curriculum development, student supervision, research activities, and industry engagement in Data Science and related areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
- Develop and update course materials.
- Supervise undergraduate projects.
- Conduct and publish research.
- Participate in academic and departmental activities.
- Support industry and research collaborations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
Experience
Previous teaching or academic experience in Data Science or a related discipline is preferred. Research experience and publications will be an advantage.
