Ms. Chalini Asirini

Ms. Chalini Asirini is a Lecturer (Probationary) attached to the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Business Management, Sri Lanka Technology Campus (Pvt) Ltd., with a passion for shaping the next generation of people-centered leaders by disseminating theoretical knowledge blended with practical, real-world perspectives. She earned her Master of Science in Management from the Faculty of Business Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura (USJ) in 2025 and has earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the Faculty of Business Management, USJ in 2020. She specializes in delivering modules across Management and Human Resource Management, while also actively contributing to supervision of undergraduate research and student mentoring, with nearly five years of academic experience since 2021. Her research interests lie in the evolving landscape of the HRM discipline, spanning Green HRM Practices, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence in HRM, HR Analytics, and Employee Retention.
