Entry Requirements

  • At least three (3) simple passes (S) in the Commerce Stream, including the subject of Accounting in one and the same sitting at the G.C.E. A/L Examination conducted by the Department of Examinations of Sri Lanka or an equivalent qualification.

Or

  • At least three (3) simple passes (S) in any stream in one and the same sitting at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.

And

  • A Credit (C) pass in Mathematics and Business and Accounting Studies at the G.C.E. O/L Examination or an equivalent qualification.

Recognition

Exemptions Awarded from Professional Bodies

CIMA - United Kingdom: Graduates of the program can enter the Management Level of CIMA. Exemptions are granted to the Certificate Level and the Operational Level.
CMA - Sri Lanka: A range of exemptions are available to the undergraduates based on their level of study.
