Bachelor of Science Honours in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications

01

Overview

In this four-year engineering degree, students will acquire the knowledge and the necessary tools needed to understand the application of electronic technology in the design, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced devices and systems. It teaches students basic electrical theory and hands on application and then progresses to more complex electrical systems, platforms, telecommunication systems and circuit designs. The BSc (Hons) in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication is one of the top telecommunication degrees in Sri Lanka offered by the Sri Lanka Technology Campus.

The B.Sc. Hons. (Eng.) graduates specialized in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering will have a high level of contemporary technical skills in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering. The graduate will develop innovative, sustainable, environmentally sound engineering designs based on sound principles and ethical guidelines. Students who opt for this engineering degree in electronics and telecommunication in Sri Lanka can improve their theoretical and technical knowledge of telecommunication systems related to the discipline.

Students will have the opportunity to train with our industry partners to complete their mandatory industry training at the end of the 6th semester.
