Harshani Wijayasenarathne joined SLTC Research University in 2022 and currently working as a teaching assistant attached to the Department of Environmental Technology. She obtained her BSc degree in Environmental Conservation and Management from the University of Kelaniya with a first-class. She was awarded the gold medal for the best performance for Environmental Conservation and Management in 2019 by the University of Kelaniya. Currently, she is reading for her MSc in Climate Change and Environmental Management at the University of Colombo. Her research interests include climate change mitigation and adaptation, life cycle assessment, and solid waste management.
