Ms Sarasi Senadheera, a Lecturer at SLTC since 2021, currently holds the position of HoD-Industrial Management and acts as the Coverup HoD for the Department of Supply Chain and Operations Management. She earned her Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University, India, and her Master of Business Administration from Glyndwr University, UK. Presently, she is pursuing her PhD. Before joining academia in 2014, Ms. Senadheera accumulated over a decade of corporate sector experience since 2005, making her a well-versed professional in both Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom. Her academic background and corporate exposure blend seamlessly.With a focus on sustainable corporate e-training, Cultural Dimensions, Technology Anxiety, and Soft Skills Development, Ms. Senadheera has contributed to several research papers. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between academia and corporate practice.
