P.G. Fernando is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who having birth industrial and academic experience. He obtained his first degree in Quantity Surveying from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and Bachelors in Law from Buckinghamshire New University, UK and Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. In addition to that he is corporate member of Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka and Qualified Person in Quantity Surveying listed in Construction Industry Development Authority.
