Ms.Arosha Weerathunga joined SLTC Research University in 2021 and is currently working as a lecturer (probationary) attached to the Department of Logistics and Operations. She obtained her first degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in the specialization of Operations and Technology Management with a first-class and gold medal as the highest-performing student in the B.Sc. in Operations and Technology Management degree program. At present, she is reading for her Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management at the University of Moratuwa, offered by the faculty of engineering. She has done several publications, including journal articles and conference papers, in the fields of operations management and supply chain management since 2021. Prior to joining SLTC, she gained experience in both academics and industry.
