The SkillUp Sri Lanka National Youth Empowerment Programme, organized in collaboration with the Future Lanka Research and Development Foundation, continued its mission to inspire and guide young minds at Mahamaya Girls’ College, Kandy.
Dr. Nicoloy Gurusinghe, Department Head – Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering at Sri Lanka Technology Campus (SLTC), led an engaging session focused on skill development and career guidance. He encouraged students to identify their strengths, explore new opportunities, and prepare for the rapidly evolving world of work.
Through his session, Dr. Gurusinghe shared valuable insights on the importance of developing modern skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset—key ingredients for success in today’s competitive landscape.
