Our 4th-year Strategic Management students had an incredible opportunity to organize and participate in a field visit to Lanka Milk Food Company. On July 16, 2024, we toured their factory in Welisara, where students got an up-close look at milk food processing and manufacturing facilities, renowned for their high quality and safety standards.
This visit was part of our continuous assessment for the Strategic Management module. Our students gained insights into complex processes and unique business models that go beyond textbook learning.
