Professor of Civil Engineering, University of Moratuwa and Director of UMCSAWM. He is a recognized expert in water resources and climate resilience, with a focus on flood–drought risk, sustainable infrastructure, and translating scientific knowledge into policy across South Asia.
Dr. Luminda Gunawardhana
Senior Lecturer at the University of Moratuwa, specializing in hydrology and climate change. His expertise includes water resource management, hydrological modelling, climate risk assessment, and adaptive engineering solutions for hydro-climatic extremes.
