Today’s SkillUp Sri Lanka session at St. Anne’s Balika Maha Vidyalaya, Wattala, was a dynamic and interactive event focused on career guidance and soft skill development. Organized by the Future Lanka Research and Development Foundation in collaboration with the Presidential Office, the workshop featured Dr. Nicoloy Gurusinghe, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department from the Faculty of Engineering. Dr. Gurusinghe shared his expertise, inspiring students to explore various career paths within engineering while emphasizing the importance of innovation, problem-solving, and perseverance. The interactive sessions allowed students to engage directly with Dr. Gurusinghe, ask questions, and gain practical insights, making it a truly enriching experience that motivated the young women to pursue their ambitions with confidence and clarity.
