Empowering Career Guidance for Future Generations!

On October 29th, the Future Lanka Research & Development Foundation hosted a transformative Special Training Programme, bringing together Career Guidance Officers from the Northern and Eastern Provinces. The event served as a platform to explore emerging skills and strategies for equipping youth to excel in the modern workforce.

Key sessions were conducted by Dr. Mohamed Azmeer from the Faculty of Computing and IT, and Dr. Nicoloy Gurusinghe from the Faculty of Engineering at SLTC. Their insights delved into the critical skills required to thrive in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, inspiring attendees to foster innovation and resilience in their guidance efforts.

This initiative is a testament to the shared commitment of SLTC and Future Lanka Research & Development Foundation to empower youth and strengthen the nation’s talent pool through education and skill development.
