Udya is a lecturer in the Department of Biosystem Engineering at SLTC Research University. She holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering, from the University of Moratuwa. Prior to her role as an academic at SLTC, Udya gained valuable experience as a Research and Development engineer at Watercare Pvt Ltd and as a Fabric technologist at MAS Bodyline Pvt Ltd.
