Ms. Tharani Dakshina Sooriyaarachchi joined SLTC Research University in 2025 and is currently serving as a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Accounting and Finance, Faculty of Business Management. She received her BSc (Special) degree in Accounting with First Class Honours from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, in 2019. She obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the Postgraduate Institute of Management in 2022 and a MSc in Sustainable Management from the University of Bedfordshire (United Kingdom) in 2023. Currently, she is reading for her PhD in Management from Lincoln University College, Malaysia. She is CIMA Passed Finalist and prior to joining SLTC Research University, she lectured full-time for five years and pursued a corporate career as a Financial Planning Analyst in a leading Sri Lankan Business Conglomerate.
