Ms. Prasanshika Assella joined SLTC Research University in 2024 and is currently serving as a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Management. She received her first degree in Tourism Management with First Class honors and was awarded the Mr. and Mrs. K.M. Ratnayake Gold Medal for the best performance and highest final grade point average in Tourism Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, in 2019. She obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from the same university in 2024. Prior to joining SLTC Research University, she lectured full-time for four years and pursued a corporate career in the tourism and hospitality industry in roles related to Tourism Product Development, Marketing, and Quality Assurance.
