He earned his BPA (Special) degree in North Indian Music (Tabla Special) from the University of Visual and Performing Arts, Sri Lanka, in 2016. After that, he completed a Master of Arts Degree with First Division from Indira Kala Sangeeth University, India, in 2019. He has been with SLTC University since 2021 and is currently serving as a lecturer (probationary) in the Department of Music.
