Dinusha is currently a probationary lecturer at SLTC, specializing in Biosystems within the Department of Biosystems. With a bachelor’s degree in Biosystems Engineering, specialized in Food Science, and a master’s degree in Biotechnologies for Food Science, her academic journey reflects a profound dedication to understanding the intricate world of biosystems. Her research interests span across diverse fields, encompassing the extraction and analysis of bioactive compounds from biomaterials, as well as the realms of biotechnology, nanotechnology, food science, and microbiology.
