Ms. Nilmi Aththanayaka joined SLTC Research University in 2025 as a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Business Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (Public) Special Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is planning to pursue a Master’s in Human Resource Management at the University of Colombo. Prior to joining academia, she gained valuable industry experience at a global recruitment company, where she was involved in various aspects of Human Resource Management. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Employee Well-being, and Talent Development.
