Overview
The BBMgt (Hons) in Supply Chain Management is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the global supply chain and logistics industry. The program focuses on the effective management of technology, resources, and information across all stages from sourcing and production to distribution and delivery to the end customer.
Students are introduced to key areas such as supply chain analytics and technology, inventory and warehouse management, logistics and transportation management, procurement and supplier relationship management, operations and production planning, etc. The focus of the degree program is placed on developing strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills crucial for enhancing operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and effectively managing risks across the supply chain.
The curriculum at SLTC is designed in alignment with industry standards, combining academic rigour with hands-on, real-world application. Students undertake mandatory internships with reputed organisations, gaining valuable insights and practical knowledge prior to their graduation.
